HANDMADE
Od Black 3D Wood Mosaic Wall Art Handmade Charred Wood Acoustic Panel for Modern Interiors
Read from top to bottom it becomes a landscape: Hundreds of solid wood blocks are cut and set at different heights, so the horizon lines are built from real depth rather than drawn the panel casts its own shadows and shifts through the day as the light moves across it.
◆ Solid wood, block by block — every piece cut, coloured and placed by hand. No veneer, no print, no MDF.
◆ Depth up to 45 mm — the relief is real, which is why the colour bands read as distance instead of stripes.
◆ Colour worked into the grain — pigment sinks into the wood and the end-grain rings stay visible through it, so the surface never looks painted flat.
◆ Frameless edge — the blocks form the outline themselves, giving the piece a sculptural, gallery-hung feel.
◆ Zero maintenance — no glass, no wiring, nothing to do beyond an occasional dusting. Concealed cleat, hangs flush in minutes.
◆ One of one — grain, tone and block placement never repeat.
The square format suits the walls a landscape piece cannot: above a console or fireplace, between two windows, on a stair landing, or centred on a feature wall. It works in living rooms, dining rooms, home offices, and in hotel, restaurant and reception interiors that need one confident piece rather than a group of quiet ones.
Made to order in our workshop in any dimension, and in a custom palette if you want the bands matched to your room. Ships worldwide, crated and fully insured.
